Florida Restoration Experience You Can Count On
When property damage happens, the company you choose matters.
OCC911 is a locally owned Florida restoration and reconstruction company providing 24/7 emergency response for water, fire, smoke, mold, storm, biohazard, and other property damage. We serve residential and commercial properties throughout Greater Orlando and Central Florida, Tampa Bay, Greater Jacksonville, and communities throughout our service areas.
From the initial emergency response and mitigation through cleanup and complete reconstruction, OCC911 has the experience, equipment, and resources to manage the restoration process from start to finish.
Built On Experience. Serving Florida Since 2007
OCC911 was founded in 2007 by Scott Cipri, Daniel Starr, and Jason Barnett, bringing decades of combined construction experience together under one company.
Our construction background became an important part of who we are today. As the need for dependable emergency restoration services continued to grow, OCC911 expanded its capabilities to help property owners recover from water damage, fires, severe storms, hurricanes, and other unexpected losses.
Today, restoration is at the heart of what we do.
Our experience as a licensed general contractor also gives OCC911 an important advantage: we understand what it takes not only to mitigate property damage, but to put the property back together afterward.
One company. One team. From mitigation through reconstruction.
Residential, Commercial & Large-loss Restoration
No two property losses are exactly alike.
A leaking supply line in a home requires a different response than a major commercial water loss. Fire damage can involve much more than what was directly affected by flames. Hurricanes and severe storms can impact multiple buildings and create complex restoration needs.
OCC911 has the ability to respond to losses of different sizes and complexities, including residential properties, commercial buildings, multifamily properties, facilities, and large-loss projects.
Our restoration services include:
- Water damage restoration and structural drying
- Fire and smoke damage restoration
- Mold remediation
- Storm and hurricane damage restoration
- Emergency mitigation
- Biohazard cleanup
- Contents and textile services
- Reconstruction and property repairs
- Commercial and large-loss restoration
Whether the loss affects one room or an entire facility, our focus remains the same: respond quickly, assess the damage, protect the property from further loss, communicate clearly, and complete the work properly.
More than Mitigation
Stopping additional damage is only part of the recovery process.
Because OCC911 is a licensed general contractor, our team can continue beyond emergency mitigation and restoration to complete the repairs and reconstruction a property may need.
That means our customers and partners can work with one company from the initial response through the final repair instead of starting over with another contractor once mitigation is complete.
For homeowners, that can mean a simpler recovery process.
For builders, property managers, facility teams, and commercial clients, it means having a restoration partner with the resources to manage both the immediate damage and what comes next.
Locally Owned. Florida Focused.
OCC911 was built in Florida, and Florida remains our home.
We’re not an out-of-state storm-chasing company that arrives after a hurricane and disappears when the work slows down. We have been serving Florida communities since 2007 and have built long-term relationships with homeowners, businesses, builders, property managers, and organizations throughout the areas we serve.
Our teams provide restoration and reconstruction services across a large portion of the state, with primary service areas including:
